GREEN APARTMENT (FIRST FLOOR)

Corner kitchen with refrigerator and electric burner, TV, double-bed and 2 person sofa-bed, laundry change.

All our apartments are tastefully furnished with colors inspired by the old Tuscan country farmhouse. Each apartment has two spacious warm rooms and a bathroom with a shower and hair-dryer. All of the apartments have air-conditioning, heating, a safe for valuables, a tv, either a small corner kitchen or a small refrigerator and daily laundry changes.

The prices are inclusive of laundry changes every five days, internet WIFI and parking
Children till the age of 3 are free (sleeping in the parent’s bed or in a small crib or cradle).
Small-sized animals cost € 10 but are excluded from the area of swimming pool.
The use of the swimming pool is included in the price of the apartments. Children must be accompanied by adults.
The country tourist resort can be rented for exclusive use for special events such as banquets or wedding receptions.
Dinners or cooking class can be organized on request.
Variations on these rules may be made by the management when necessary.
